Service Manager

Texas Roadhouse in New London, New London County is hiring a full-time Service Manager to lead our Front of House team and help deliver the warm, energetic dining experience our guests come back for.

About the Role

As a Service Manager at Texas Roadhouse, you'll take ownership of the daily flow of our Front of House operations in New London. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant, sets the tone for the team, and keeps both staff and guests at the center of every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all Front of House daily operations to keep service smooth and consistent.
• Lead, schedule, and develop Front of House employees, building a motivated and dependable team.
• Uphold the standards behind our reputation for great food and memorable service.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that turns first-time visitors into regulars.
• Support hiring, training, and ongoing coaching to grow talent from within.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a Front of House or service team in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong people-management skills paired with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Ability to stay organized and decisive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in New London, New London County.
• A team-first attitude and the drive to keep improving every day.
