About the Role

Target is seeking dedicated team members for our Springfield store to fill a versatile General Merchandise and Food Associate position. This full-time role spans multiple departments and shifts, working alongside a collaborative team to ensure smooth store operations and an exceptional guest experience. You'll develop expertise across general merchandise stocking, closing procedures, fulfillment operations, inbound processing, and our food service areas, including our in-store Starbucks café.

What You'll Do

• Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise and manage inbound logistics
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays across general merchandise departments
• Support closing procedures, including inventory reconciliation and store preparation
• Fulfill online and in-store orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in Target's food service and Starbucks areas
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the store
• Deliver outstanding service and respond to guest needs with friendliness and care
