About the Role

As Customer Hub Advisor you will work on site in Radwell, Baldock, forming the front line of every interaction our customers have with SettleParadigm. Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve customer contacts arriving by telephone, digital message or in person.
• Supply accurate, timely guidance that matches each person’s circumstances and the options available.
• Log every conversation thoroughly and keep shared systems current with the latest information.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues to arrange specialist input or escalate more complex matters.
• Spot gaps in current processes and suggest practical improvements that raise hub performance.
• Protect confidentiality and follow established service standards in every task completed.
