GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage , Food Service, Starbucks)

Target is hiring a General Merchandise and Food Team Member in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania for full-time employment. Starting at $16.50 per hour, you'll join a team dedicated to helping guests discover the joy of everyday living through exceptional service and store operations.

About the Role

This position spans multiple departments and operational areas at Target, including General Merchandise, Food and Beverage, Starbucks, fulfillment, and inbound receiving. You'll contribute to the daily success of your store by maintaining efficiency, keeping merchandise organized and accessible, processing guest transactions, managing inventory, and upholding the cleanliness and organization standards that define the Target shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Stock, organize, and maintain General Merchandise displays and inventory
• Process guest orders and deliveries with speed and accuracy
• Unload and sort incoming merchandise in the fulfillment and inbound areas
• Operate Starbucks and Food Service areas, including food preparation and guest service
• Execute store closing duties, including register reconciliation, inventory checks, and facility walkthrough
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable guest service and assist with checkout
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to maintain store standards
• Work as a reliable team member to meet daily operational goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise regularly throughout shifts
• Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills
• Availability to work scheduled shifts, including closings and flexible retail hours
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain certification for Food Service and Starbucks roles
• Previous retail, grocery, food service, or hospitality experience is a plus
