Target is hiring a full-time Food and Beverage team member in Lafayette to join our Starbucks, deli, and bakery departments. This role offers the opportunity to serve guests, build your food service skills, and contribute to a workplace dedicated to quality service.

About the Role

The Food and Beverage, Starbucks, Deli, and Bakery position is a full-time role that involves preparing quality food and beverages and delivering exceptional guest service across multiple departments. You'll start at $15.50 USD per hour.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve beverages, deli items, and baked goods following Target recipes and quality standards
• Manage food safety protocols, sanitize equipment and work surfaces, and maintain proper storage temperatures
• Operate Starbucks espresso machines, deli equipment, bakery ovens, and cash registers
• Greet guests, take orders, answer menu questions, and process payments accurately
• Maintain displays, rotate stock, and keep shelves and service areas clean and organized
• Report inventory shortages and complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver fast, efficient service during busy periods

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work a full-time schedule including potential mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and attention to quality in every task
• Ability to multitask and stay productive in a busy retail food environment
• Flexibility and willingness to cross-train in Starbucks, deli, and bakery operations
• Collaborative approach to teamwork and a positive attitude toward feedback and learning
• Prior retail or food service experience is valuable but not required
