About the Role

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling as an On-Demand Team Member. Starting at $15.50 per hour, you'll work across our store's key areas, including cashier operations, general merchandise, fulfillment, food and beverage, and style departments. Your role is to engage with guests, facilitate smooth transactions, and uphold Target's commitment to excellent customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout
• Assist guests across multiple departments with product information and questions
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness, organization, and product placement
• Contribute to fulfillment operations and inventory accuracy
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Respond to guest needs with courtesy and professionalism
