Target is seeking a full-time General Merchandise and Food Associate in Oxford, Calhoun County to support our store operations across multiple departments. About the Role

As a General Merchandise and Food Team Member, you'll play a vital part in keeping Target running smoothly. This full-time role combines responsibilities across several key areas: managing general merchandise stock, executing closing procedures, fulfilling guest orders, processing inbound shipments, and supporting our Food and Beverage and Starbucks departments. You'll work alongside a dynamic team to maintain store standards, ensure accurate inventory, and deliver the friendly service Target guests expect.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, and organize merchandise shipments; ensure accuracy of inbound inventory
• Stock shelves and displays with general merchandise, maintaining organization and visual standards
• Support food, beverage, and Starbucks operations, including food prep, stocking, and customer service
• Pick and pack guest orders for fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Execute closing procedures, including clearing floors, securing merchandise, and preparing the store for the next day
• Assist guests, answer questions, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet store performance goals
