About the Role
As an On-Demand Guest Advocate, you'll be the friendly face at checkout and across our sales floor, working part-time hours that adapt to your schedule. This position combines point-of-sale operations, customer engagement, and inventory support across our general merchandise and fulfillment departments. You'll help guests navigate their shopping journey while maintaining an organized, welcoming store environment.
What You'll Do
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout while maintaining a welcoming guest experience
- Assist guests throughout the store with product location, pricing, and general merchandise questions
- Support fulfillment operations including order picking, packing, and preparation for guest pickup or shipment
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and checkout areas
- Handle cash and payment processing with attention to accuracy and security
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and support busy shopping periods
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
