Position Summary

As a Guest Advocate, you'll serve on the frontlines of Target's guest experience. In this full-time role, you'll work as a cashier, checkout associate, front-of-store attendant, and cart attendant—wherever our team needs you most. Your work directly shapes how families feel when they shop with us. This position offers hourly pay starting at $18.25, with growth potential up to $27.40 per hour based on your performance and tenure.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate point-of-sale registers, process payments, and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Greet and welcome guests at store entrances and guide them to products and services
• Gather and return shopping carts from the parking lot with attention to safety and store appearance
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift
• Answer guest questions about products, services, and store locations
• Support team members and follow all Target operational and safety standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Accuracy with numbers and detail-oriented approach to all transactions
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn and master point-of-sale technology and store procedures
