Target is hiring a Full-Time Guest Advocate for our Sugar Creek, Jackson County location. In this versatile, customer-facing role, you'll deliver exceptional service across multiple departments—from the checkout counter to our apparel section—and help every guest discover great products and value.

About the Role

As an On-Demand Guest Advocate, you'll work full-time in a dynamic, flexible position that keeps you engaged across different areas of the store. You'll support guests and teammates in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike. Starting hourly rate is $16.00 USD per hour.

What You'll Do

• Operate registers with speed and accuracy, processing cash, card, and digital payments
• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, helpful assistance throughout the store
• Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment
• Process online and in-store guest orders and manage fulfillment operations
• Support food and beverage departments with attention to quality and food safety standards
• Help guests in our style department find clothing and accessories that work for them
• Address guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
