About the Role

As a Specialty Sales associate, you'll be the trusted advisor guests turn to when shopping for apparel, accessories, electronics, and beauty products. You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment, engaging with a diverse range of customers and helping them find exactly what they're looking for. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $16.25 USD per hour, plus opportunities to grow within Target.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests with expert product recommendations across style, tech, and beauty categories
• Demonstrate product features and benefits, helping customers make confident purchasing decisions
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and brand partnerships including Ulta Beauty offerings
• Build guest loyalty and drive sales through personalized, consultative selling
• Keep product displays organized, stocked, and visually appealing
• Process transactions accurately and provide exceptional checkout experiences
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver an outstanding shopping atmosphere
