Working Student IT Helpdesk (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace manufacturing client seeking a Working Student IT Helpdesk professional for their headquarters in Parsdorf, Bavaria. This is an on-site role supporting a fast-paced technical environment where reliable IT infrastructure is mission-critical.

As the hands-on IT support specialist, you will be the go-to problem solver across office and production areas. This role requires someone who moves quickly, troubleshoots independently, and ensures teams have the tools they need to execute without interruption.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure laptops, user accounts, mobile devices, peripherals, and standard workplace equipment
• Provide direct, hands-on IT support to users in office spaces and on the production floor
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, printers, meeting room technology, network connectivity, and production floor devices
• Prepare, distribute, collect, and maintain IT equipment inventory
• Document solutions to recurring issues, simple fixes, and hardware inventory management
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and reduce repetitive manual tasks
• Respond to issues where they occur rather than relying on remote ticket management

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on IT experience with a practical, solution-oriented mindset
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 suite, hardware setup, basic networking, and common workplace IT troubleshooting
• Comfortable moving between office, production, and testing areas to resolve issues on-site
• Structured, reliable, and service-minded approach to support work
• Pragmatic problem solver who is willing to tackle technical challenges directly
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Parsdorf, Bavaria
