CEO / Business Co-Founder (f/m/d) role at startup FAMILY FLOW

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital health organization in Homburg, Germany, seeking a CEO / Business Co-Founder to lead company formation and product launch. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to transform a clinically validated concept into a market-ready application.

You will own:

• Company build-up and fundraising: Lead incorporation, raise funding for multi-language app development (German, French, English), and navigate the German DiGA directory pathway for digital health reimbursement alongside a parallel B2C launch strategy.
• Product and delivery: Translate finalized clinical and psychotherapeutic material into a software roadmap, partnering with development teams or subcontractors to bring the product to market.
• Day-to-day operations: Serve as the operational anchor for an interdisciplinary team currently contributing part-time, ensuring momentum and accountability.
• Go-to-market execution: Build and execute launch plans for Germany, France, and wider Europe, including social-media-led consumer acquisition and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For

We need a business co-founder with:

• Fundraising experience across grants and/or investor channels, with comfort building a company from an academic or clinical foundation.
• Hands-on operations and project management skills, and the willingness to commit full-time while current founding team members contribute part-time.
• Especially valuable: experience with the digital health / DiGA regulatory pathway in Germany, a software or product background, or the ability to manage external development partners effectively.
• Interest in child psychiatry, trauma-informed care, or parenting technology is a strong plus.

Pay

This is a co-founder equity role. Compensation structure will be negotiated directly with the client and will include significant equity ownership commensurate with the leadership and value you bring to the company formation.
