Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Karlsruhe, and our talent team is seeking a Securities Portfolio Advisor to join their wealth management division. In this role, you will:

• Acquire advisory mandates for individual portfolio management in coordination with relationship managers
• Provide proactive consultation and develop investment proposals for actively managed client portfolios
• Deliver intensive client support and develop securities strategies based on individual client profiles and objectives
• Expand and deepen securities business relationships with private banking and corporate clients
• Continuously monitor client portfolios and market conditions
• Prepare regular, detailed reporting for clients regarding portfolio structure, performance, and asset development

What We're Looking For

• Bank business economist (Bankbetriebswirt) or comparable qualification in finance
• Willingness to complete certification as a Portfolio Advisor (zertifizierter Portfolioberater) in the near term, or equivalent credentials already held
• Multiple years of successful advisory experience in the securities/investment area
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop customized investment strategies
• Excellent client communication and relationship management capabilities
• Fluency in German is required for this role

Pay

This position offers a secure employment arrangement with collective bargaining agreement coverage (TVöD). Our client has indicated annual gross compensation in the range of approximately €64,600 to €82,800 depending on experience, paid over 13.83 monthly salaries. Additional performance-based sales incentives may apply. Compensation discussions will be handled through Get A Job.ai during the interview process.
