About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential management consulting firm based in Münster, and our talent team is searching for a Junior Business Manager (m/w/d) specializing in Operations and Digital Transformation.

Our client is an established consultancy working with major organizations in the automotive sector. They maintain a lean, high-impact team and are looking for someone who wants real responsibility from day one—not two years of building PowerPoint decks in a corporate structure.

This role offers direct collaboration with leadership, genuine decision-making authority, and a clear development path toward Head of Operations. You'll work on digitizing and optimizing operational processes while gaining hands-on experience with automation, AI tools, and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

Your mission is to ensure the operational engine runs smoothly—and improves every single month. You will gradually take ownership of the operational workflows behind coaching and advisory programs, including:

  • Organizing coaching programs from initial engagement through successful completion
  • Managing onboarding, participant coordination, group scheduling, access provisioning, learning platforms, and the complete organizational customer journey
  • Preparing live coaching sessions in Münster and attending selected sessions on-site
  • Working with tools like Airtable, Excel, AI applications, and automation platforms while continuously improving existing systems
  • Challenging manual processes systematically: What can we simplify, automate, or eliminate entirely?
  • Testing new digital tools and AI applications, then implementing effective solutions directly within the business
  • Contributing to internal digitalization and special projects alongside leadership
  • Documenting processes so they function reliably and scale effectively

This isn't about maintaining the status quo. We need someone who eventually asks, "Why are we still doing it this way?"—and then builds a better solution.

What We're Looking For

We care less about years of experience and more about how you think and what you can do. A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, Industrial Engineering, or comparable fields is advantageous but not required.

What matters most:

  • Extremely structured, reliable, and conscientious working style
  • Genuine enjoyment in bringing order to complex workflows
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Enthusiasm for digital tools and quick adaptation to new software
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, and similar AI tools—or strong motivation to engage deeply with them
  • Previous experience with Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms is a plus but not mandatory
  • Process-oriented thinking with independent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to both design concepts and execute hands-on implementation
  • Professional, confident communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Ownership mentality—you don't wait for step-by-step instructions

Career starters are explicitly welcome. If you're exceptional, you don't need five years of experience before taking on real responsibility.

Location: Münster, with 1–2 days remote work per week after onboarding. No constant travel—coaching programs primarily take place at the client's Münster location.

Employment Type: Full-time
