Founders Associate Praktikum (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing education technology startup in Cologne that is making artificial intelligence accessible through hands-on training programs. As a Founders Associate intern, you will work directly alongside the leadership team with meaningful responsibility from day one:

• Support executive leadership in day-to-day operations and act as their strategic partner on both operational and strategic initiatives
• Conduct market and competitive analyses, translating findings into actionable business recommendations
• Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and sales concepts
• Prepare decision-making documents, management reports, and presentations for internal teams and partners
• Shadow the executive team closely, gaining comprehensive exposure to all areas of a growing startup
• Experience firsthand how a startup operates and scales from concept to execution

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying business administration or a related field, or seeking an orientation internship
• Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in gaining startup founding experience
• Strong analytical thinking—you enjoy understanding complex relationships and drawing strategic conclusions
• Self-directed work style with ability to manage multiple parallel projects
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and the startup ecosystem
• Ideally, some initial experience in a startup, consulting, or strategic environment
