Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential professional services firm in Paderborn seeking a qualified Wirtschaftsprüfer (m/w/d). In this role, you will take full responsibility for audit engagements and work with a high degree of autonomy. Your core responsibilities include:
- Complete responsibility for audit mandates from planning through completion
- Conducting audits of annual and consolidated financial statements
- Performing due diligence reviews, internal control system audits, and business valuations
- Contributing to innovative initiatives, including the development of digital audit processes and methodologies
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships with a focus on quality and reliability
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a certified Wirtschaftsprüfer with strong technical expertise and a commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Successfully completed Wirtschaftsprüferexamen (German auditor certification)
- Ideally, several years of experience independently managing audit engagements
- High sense of responsibility and dependable work approach
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Interest in emerging topics and digital transformation in the audit profession
- Strong understanding of client service and relationship management
