Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in Berlin-Lichtenberg seeking a Business Information Systems Specialist to work at the intersection of IT and business operations. In this role, you will shape digital processes and develop innovative solutions that connect technical systems with business requirements.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing processes with department stakeholders to determine what should be automated, restructured, or discontinued
• Writing requirements for new software and automation solutions and coordinating with implementation colleagues
• Supporting the selection and implementation of new software and IT solutions from market research through rollout
• Evaluating the benefits and economic viability of implemented solutions
• Documenting and designing digital business processes
• Providing user training and support following system implementation

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with:

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik)
• Understanding of how to connect business requirements with digital processes and IT systems
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking with strong comprehension skills
• Results-oriented and solution-focused work style
• Ability to understand, follow, and continuously improve existing processes
• High level of discipline and strong organizational capabilities
• Excellent teamwork abilities and strong communication skills
• Very good written expression in German
• Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure

This is a full-time position based in Berlin-Lichtenberg.
