Service Koordinator und stv. Teamleiter Service (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT services organization seeking a Service Coordinator and Deputy Team Lead. In this role, you will:

• Plan, dispatch, and monitor service, maintenance, and project assignments for technicians and external service providers according to SLA requirements while maintaining cost efficiency
• Serve as the primary customer contact (Single Point of Contact) for escalation and complaint management
• Support the Service Team Lead in day-to-day operations and act as liaison between Project/Service Delivery Managers and external providers
• Lead order clarification, status analysis, and participate in operational meetings
• Oversee documentation and process optimization, including maintenance reports, service status documentation, and workflow improvements
• Ensure quality assurance of executed plans and tasks; coordinate training and motivation of service technicians
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes in collaboration with purchasing and external providers; support budget planning
• Monitor security measures and ensure compliance with legal requirements in daily operations
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekend availability when required

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience as an IT Coordinator
• Strong organizational skills with reliable, independent, and structured work approach
• Excellent customer and service orientation
• Planning and project management capabilities; familiarity with ITIL, DIN ISO 27001 and 9001, and agile project methodologies
• Strong communication skills in both German and English, with excellent analytical abilities
• Hands-on mentality with technical expertise in hypervisor, storage, Linux, Windows, CITRIX, TCP/IP, firewall, databases, and monitoring tools
• Willingness to travel and valid Class B driver's license
