Projekt- und Service Delivery Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT services organization seeking a Projekt- und Service Delivery Manager to serve as the primary interface between clients, internal teams, and partners. In this role, you will plan and manage IT service delivery, ensuring quality, smooth operations, and continuous improvement while maintaining oversight of schedules, budgets, and processes.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and executing customer orders within the IT environment, planning and monitoring service delivery to ensure timely, efficient, and client-focused results
• Ensuring all services are delivered according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitoring quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement measures
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on all service-related matters and facilitating seamless communication between customers, internal teams, and external partners
• Analyzing internal workflows to identify optimization opportunities and supporting change processes to increase effectiveness and customer satisfaction
• Managing cost control, budget monitoring, and accurate invoicing
• Steering incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure rapid resolution within SLA parameters, identifying patterns and implementing proactive measures to prevent future incidents
• Analyzing key performance indicators, creating reports, and deriving strategic measures while presenting results clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Leading crisis and escalation management during critical disruptions, maintaining composure and directing all necessary actions

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in IT service management, project leadership, or customer support
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM, or comparable frameworks
• Excellent communication and mediation skills for both internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical thinking with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Strong organizational skills with high initiative and structured working methods
• Team spirit, customer focus, and the ability to motivate people
• Fluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
