About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for their GTM functions in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth technology company and shape their commercial hiring strategy across sales, marketing, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Lead headhunting efforts for go-to-market roles including sales (pre-sales and post-sales), marketing, and support functions through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Partner with team leaders and hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Screen applications and conduct pre-qualification interviews for assigned positions
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing coaching and sharing recruitment best practices
• Track and report on talent acquisition metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within a fast-growing environment, with specific expertise in go-to-market hiring in the technology sector
• Strong headhunting skills with the ability to adapt between high-volume recruitment and retained search approaches
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with candidates and employees while acting as a brand ambassador
• Proficiency with productivity tools and structured task management
• Curious and autonomous learner who thrives with independence
• Pragmatic problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to excel in challenging, fast-paced environments
