Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology client in Brazil seeking an intern to support their client services operations. In this role, you will:

• Provide first-line support to clients through company-provided tools and platforms
• Handle initial client inquiries with excellence across all interactions
• Escalate complex cases to senior support analysts and track client journeys using ticketing systems
• Monitor and help the team meet service level agreements (SLA)
• Identify and suggest improvement opportunities in solutions and processes
• Participate in ongoing training programs
• Assist with other duties compatible with the internship role

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or similar fields
• Courses or solid knowledge of payroll and HR administration
• Hands-on profile with eagerness to learn and strong learning ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Negotiation skills, persistence, resilience, and empathy
• Self-starter mindset with customer focus and respect for diversity

Preferred:

• Professional experience or practical background in customer service
• Complementary courses or knowledge related to artificial intelligence
• Additional training in payroll administration
• Familiarity with eSocial, labor legislation, and employment rights
• Professional experience or practical work in HR/payroll departments

Position Details
