Content Operations QA Analyst

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics technology organization seeking a Content Operations QA Analyst to ensure the accuracy of ocean freight data. In this role, you will:

• Quality-check ocean freight contracts, rates, and surcharges by cross-referencing processed data against source rate sheets and tariffs
• Work through a steady queue of contracts with precision, following established QA procedures and documenting all checks performed
• Develop expertise in ocean rates and surcharges to identify anomalies and inconsistencies
• Catch and correct errors before they impact customers, maintaining data accuracy and reliability
• Communicate clearly with vendor partners to resolve issues and prevent recurring errors
• Identify error patterns and contribute to improvements in QA processes, guides, and documentation
• Leverage AI tools to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain structured, high-quality master data across the ocean content portfolio

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail—this is the core requirement for success in this position
• Ability to maintain accuracy while processing detailed, high-volume information
• Fluent written and spoken English for daily collaboration with international vendor partners
• Self-motivated and able to work independently once onboarded
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with a genuine affinity for working with structured data
• Comfort operating in high-volume, structured workflows where precision is critical
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional capacity

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience in ocean freight, air freight, logistics, or shipping operations (freight forwarder, NVOCC, carrier operations, or similar)
• Experience building solutions or workflows with AI tools
