Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential recruiting firm specializing in technical and emerging technology sectors. In this role, you will:
- Conduct independent research and candidate sourcing for active search mandates
- Identify relevant target companies and qualified candidates within specialized technical domains
- Engage potential candidates through direct, personalized outreach
- Conduct initial screening and assessment interviews to evaluate experience, motivation, and technical fit
- Prepare structured candidate profiles and presentations for client review
- Guide candidates through the complete recruitment process from introduction to offer
- Independently track feedback, scheduling, and next steps across multiple searches
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools effectively
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing and recruitment processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or research—ideally within tech or deep-tech environments
- Background in specialized technical sectors is desirable but not required
- Confidence in direct candidate communication and relationship building
- Passion for research and identifying hard-to-find, highly specialized profiles
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- High quality standards and attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to drive processes autonomously
- Interest in technical topics and emerging markets
- Business-fluent German and strong English proficiency
