About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential nutrition brand in their search for a working student to support creator marketing efforts. This is a remote-friendly role based in Hamburg, ideal for a student who understands the German-speaking creator landscape and wants hands-on experience building brand partnerships from the ground up.

You won't be filing paperwork or making coffee. You'll work where growth happens: identifying and evaluating the creators who will represent the brand externally.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant creator profiles on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using platform search, hashtags, similar account discovery, and specialized tools
• Evaluate each profile against clear criteria including reach, authentic video performance, and brand safety standards
• Maintain accurate profile data in the CRM system with attention to detail over speed
• Categorize creators by content niche to enable personalized, relevant outreach rather than generic messaging
• Contribute actively to building the creator community and share your perspective on the creator landscape

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student with reliable availability of approximately 20 hours per week
• Strong familiarity with social media and the German-speaking creator scene, ideally in fitness, sports, healthy lifestyle, business, lifestyle, or fashion
• Instinct for identifying credible, high-quality profiles beyond follower count alone
• Meticulous approach to data management with ability to stay organized across many profiles
• Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable working remotely
• Fluent German; English sufficient for research and tool usage
• Bonus: prior exposure to influencer/creator marketing, affiliate programs, social analytics, or experience with CRM or research tools

Work Arrangement & Compensation
