We are seeking licensed Doctors of Chiropractic (DCs) with functional medicine expertise to join their virtual care team. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical history review, physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests
• Develop personalized, data-driven treatment plans based on patients' unique needs and medical conditions
• Prescribe nutraceuticals and/or medications and monitor patient progress and treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate optimal patient care
• Provide patient counseling and education on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems
• Stay current with medical advancements, research, and clinical trials in functional, integrative, and lifestyle medicine
• Participate occasionally in marketing content creation and events as needed

What We're Looking For

• Active Doctor of Chiropractic license (Illinois license required to start; ability to obtain licenses for remote states as needed)
• Minimum two years of experience practicing functional medicine and performing functional medicine specialty testing and labs
• Experience in functional and integrative medicine settings strongly preferred
• Extended training or certification through programs such as A4M, ACLM, IFM, DABCI, DACBN, FMU, or CIM is highly valued
• Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with patients and other providers
• Energetic and outgoing personality with genuine desire to help people achieve lasting wellness
• Patient-first attitude with ability to consistently deliver exceptional service
• Thorough knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
• Comfort thriving in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and rapidly growing environment

Pay

This is a full-time employed position with a compensation structure that includes base salary plus revenue share/bonus opportunity. The client manages all staffing, practice management, billing, and reimbursement, and provides necessary equipment and robust marketing support.
