Customer Support Associate (Remote)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential web platform company seeking Customer Support Associates for a fully remote position. Our talent team is working with a client that serves millions of users globally, and we're looking for dedicated support professionals to join their 24/7 customer operations team.

This role requires open availability including weekends and holidays, with mandatory virtual training scheduled for September 28th - October 9th. Candidates must reside in one of the following US states: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, or Utah.

Important: You must have a dedicated home office with reliable, stable Wi-Fi. This position does not support digital nomad arrangements or international work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer live chats and emails in a timely manner, with live chat serving as the primary channel (approximately 90% of daily work)
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through account, billing, domain, and transactional inquiries
• Independently meet targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across both email and live chat channels
• Stay current on new product features and platform improvements
• Identify unique customer experiences and escalate critical issues appropriately

What We're Looking For

• Open availability to work 40 hours per week spanning weekends and holidays
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role (retail, hospitality, or online support)
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to spelling and grammar
• Ability to decode complex conversations, identify root causes, and align on solutions
• Strong prioritization skills when managing competing requests
• Consistent and dependable internet connection with a distraction-free workspace
• Familiarity with the client's platform is a plus

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $18.50 USD per hour. This is an hourly position that may be eligible for overtime pay.
