Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential contact center organization seeking a Junior Outbound Telesales Team Leader to join their remote operations. In this role, you will provide operational leadership to an outbound sales team and drive performance toward established targets.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing an outbound telesales team with both tactical and people leadership
• Monitoring and steering team performance using relevant sales KPIs and target metrics
• Conducting regular coaching sessions, feedback conversations, and call quality analyses
• Motivating team members and supporting their continuous development of sales skills
• Identifying optimization opportunities and implementing appropriate improvement measures
• Ensuring high quality standards, productivity levels, and goal achievement in daily operations
• Collaborating closely with operations and other internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

This position requires prior leadership or outbound sales experience. Our client is seeking candidates with:

• Minimum 6 months experience as a team leader, coach, or comparable leadership role in sales/outbound operations, OR minimum 12 months experience as an outbound sales agent
• Solid background in telesales or telephone-based sales
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance management
• Genuine enthusiasm for leading, motivating, and developing people
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and solution-oriented working style
• Independent, structured, and reliable approach to work
• Residence in Germany (required)
• German language fluency
