About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential IT consulting organization in Germany that serves international corporations and large mid-market companies across diverse industries. Our talent team is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Consultant specializing in Finance & Controlling (FI-CO) to join their successful SAP practice in Duisburg.
This is a permanent position with travel required during project phases and the flexibility to work partially from home.
Responsibilities
- Consult with and support clients in SAP FI/CO environments
- Analyze and optimize business processes within finance and controlling domains
- Independently design and implement SAP solutions, including customizing activities
- Execute S/4 HANA implementation strategies
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for key users and end users
- Support rollouts, migrations, and system integrations
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Minimum 3 years of project experience implementing and supporting SAP FI/CO
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) and CO (e.g., Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders)
- S/4 HANA experience is highly desirable
- Project work experience following common project management standards, preferably SAP Activate methodology
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and team orientation
- Very good German language skills; good English proficiency
- Willingness to travel during project phases
