About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential retail organization in the lifestyle and wellness sector. We're seeking a motivated Store Assistant (Werkstudent) to join their Hamburg location. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative retail environment focused on customer experience, sales excellence, and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance through proactive customer engagement and relationship building
• Create an inspiring and welcoming store atmosphere for customers
• Provide expert product consultation and personalized recommendations
• Maintain focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Handle peak periods with professionalism and composure
• Represent the brand authentically and embody company values in all customer interactions
• Support day-to-day store operations across flexible shift patterns
• Participate in product training and sales coaching sessions

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or sales experience (Store Assistant, Sales Consultant, Customer Advisor or similar roles); background in beauty, cosmetics, tech, or wellness is a plus
• Availability for flexible shifts Monday–Saturday between 08:00 and 22:00
• Strong sales mindset with ambition to exceed targets consistently
• Natural ability to engage customers and create memorable experiences
• Composure and efficiency during high-traffic periods
• Genuine interest in wellness, beauty, and lifestyle innovation
• Excellent German language skills and good English for daily customer contact
• Charismatic personality with authentic enthusiasm for customer service
