Senior Product Owner – CRM (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the evolution of their CRM and ERP platforms. In this role, you'll drive continuous improvement of business-critical processes, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. You'll own the product vision for Odoo-based systems that support customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for CRM and ERP platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and customer experience objectives
• Analyze and continuously improve end-to-end business processes including Order-to-Cash, billing, payments, customer management, logistics, procurement, and finance operations
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs and process improvement opportunities into clear, actionable user stories and deliverables
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Support, Operations, Logistics, and Data teams to align priorities and maximize business value
• Lead partnerships with implementation and service providers, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and expected outcomes
• Drive adoption of new capabilities through process integrity, data quality assurance, effective release planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous feedback loops

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles within CRM, ERP, or business systems environments
• Strong understanding of commercial, operational, financial, and logistics processes with demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvements
• Experience managing product backlogs, priorities, and stakeholder expectations within agile frameworks
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills that enable alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups
• Customer-focused mindset combined with passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes
• Experience working with CRM and ERP platforms; knowledge of Odoo is beneficial
• Fluent English required
