Werkstudent – B2B Sales (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction services client in Berlin who needs a working student to support their B2B sales pipeline. In this role, you will:

• Research and identify new potential clients including general contractors, property developers, and project developers through tender platforms, industry portals, and independent research
• Conduct outreach via email to introduce our client's services to prospective project partners
• Make telephone contact with decision-makers to secure invitations to ongoing and upcoming tenders
• Qualify leads by evaluating which contacts and projects are most relevant, maintaining them in the sales pipeline
• Support the sales process by maintaining contact with qualified leads, following up, coordinating document exchange, and assisting the team through to proposal submission
• Contribute ideas for improving outreach, research methods, and follow-up processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student in business, communications, technical studies, or related field (your attitude matters more than your major)
• Strong communication skills with comfort making phone calls, clear written expression, and a friendly, professional manner
• Structured, independent working style with reliability in maintaining contacts and follow-up schedules
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in sales, customer contact, or research is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Interest in the construction sector and electrical systems is welcome, though prior knowledge is not necessary
