Werkstudent Marketing & Sales – B2B Software (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential B2B software organization in Munich. We're seeking a working student to support marketing and sales operations in the higher education technology sector.

This role offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing and business development, with opportunities to contribute to competitive intelligence, content initiatives, and partnership management. You'll work closely with experienced professionals while balancing your university commitments.

Important: This position requires German language proficiency at C1 level or higher, as all client communication and business operations are conducted in German. You must be based in Germany due to regular on-site collaboration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and relevant developments in the target sector
• Support market intelligence initiatives by gathering and structuring insights for internal teams
• Assist with maintaining and enriching sales databases and documentation of customer reference projects
• Help research, track, and monitor tender opportunities and public procurement processes
• Support marketing activities including content development, website maintenance, newsletters, events, and campaign reporting
• Contribute to partner relationship management and collaborative marketing measures

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable program
• Genuine interest in B2B marketing and sales, with enthusiasm for research and learning new topics
• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style with strong instincts for data, text, and content quality
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and motivation to contribute your own ideas
• German language skills at C1 level or higher (mandatory requirement) plus good English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Based in Germany with ability to collaborate on-site regularly
