We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Munich. In this key position, you will serve as the first point of contact for candidates and actively shape how our client attracts new talent. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing hiring processes that are fast, scalable, and data-driven, establishing relevant KPIs for the recruitment funnel
- Taking ownership of the entire selection process for key positions—from requirements analysis through successful onboarding
- Advising founders and hiring managers as a strategic partner, developing targeted sourcing strategies together
- Conducting active candidate scouting via platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and approach suitable profiles
- Building and promoting the employer brand in the market
- Identifying and addressing gaps in processes that currently lack ownership
- Leveraging AI and new technologies to enhance recruitment effectiveness

- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with hands-on knowledge of Personio and LinkedIn Recruiter

- A proactive mindset—you drive initiatives forward rather than waiting for perfect briefs
- A continuous improvement approach; you challenge existing processes and seek optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and use recruiting metrics for process management
- High affinity for AI and emerging technologies in the recruitment space
- Empathetic networking abilities and the capacity to convey the company vision convincingly
- A hands-on mentality paired with high professional standards and understanding of roles in technology, energy, or agriculture sectors
- Fluency in German is required for this position
