Werkstudent (m/w/d) Marketing & Digital Experiences

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing organization in Köln seeking a working student to support their marketing and digital experience initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing and communication materials for digital and traditional channels
• Support campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives, as well as general marketing organizational tasks
• Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and digital platforms
• Help analyze website and campaign metrics, conduct user tests, and perform quality checks to optimize digital customer experiences
• Contribute to marketing and digital projects while collaborating with internal departments, agencies, and service providers
• Prepare reports, presentations, and decision-making materials, and provide support for workshops, events, and trade shows

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable program
• Strong interest in marketing, digital platforms, customer experience, and modern customer journeys
• Previous experience with content management systems, social media, or website maintenance is advantageous
• Structured and independent working style combined with creativity, team spirit, and a hands-on mentality
• Confident use of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint Get A Job.aixcel
• Good German Get A Job.ainglish language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability for 15-20 hours per week for a two-year fixed-term position

Pay

This role offers €17 per hour. Additional benefits at the client include flexible working hours between 15-20 hours per week, mobile work options, pro-rated vacation days, monthly allowances, access to fitness programs, and office amenities.
