Subtitling Specialist (Night & Overnight)

Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC is hiring a Subtitling Specialist (Night & Overnight) to join our team in Smart Village, Al Jīzah, Egypt. This is a contract position for someone skilled in creating and editing subtitles for video content during evening and overnight hours.

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented subtitling professional to manage subtitle creation, synchronization, and quality assurance on video projects. Working during night and overnight shifts, you'll ensure that multilingual subtitles meet strict accuracy and timing standards across our content library. This role is ideal for someone who thrives during extended evening hours and takes pride in delivering polished, precise work on tight deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Create and edit subtitles for video content in assigned languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness
• Synchronize subtitle timing with video playback, maintaining proper pacing and readability
• Perform quality assurance reviews on completed subtitle files to catch errors before delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent output quality
• Communicate with team members and content managers regarding subtitle specifications and project status
• Work flexibly during night and overnight hours to meet production schedules

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in subtitling, translation, or similar text-based media work
• Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling in one or more languages
• Familiarity with subtitling software and video players
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
• Ability to work independently during evening and overnight shifts
• Knowledge of subtitle formatting standards is a plus
