Position Summary
As a Digital Media QC Technician at Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and excellence of our digital media products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to identifying and resolving quality issues before content reaches clients. You'll work directly with our production teams to review, test, and validate media files, metadata, and delivery specifications, ensuring every asset meets our stringent quality standards and client requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review and inspect digital media files for technical compliance, visual quality, and audio standards
- Conduct quality assurance testing on media deliverables across multiple formats and platforms
- Document findings, create detailed QC reports, and communicate issues to production and technical teams
- Verify file specifications, metadata accuracy, and compliance with delivery specifications
- Collaborate with content creators and engineers to resolve quality issues and prevent defects
- Monitor and maintain QC workflows, tools, and documentation
- Test media playback across devices and platforms to ensure consistent performance
Who We're Looking For
- Technical proficiency with digital media formats, codecs, and file specifications
- Strong understanding of video, audio, and image quality standards
- Experience with QC tools and media inspection software
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document findings clearly and work effectively with technical teams
- Familiarity with color correction, audio mixing, or post-production workflows is a plus
- English language proficiency for technical communication
