Project Manager (Japanese speakers)

Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC seeks a Project Manager with Japanese language proficiency to lead and coordinate projects in our 6th of October City office. This is a full-time position for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams while liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

Position Summary

As Project Manager (Japanese speakers) at Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and resource allocation through execution and closure. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for team members and external partners, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Your fluency in Japanese will be essential for communicating with clients, partners, or internal teams who operate in that language, giving you a unique advantage in this role located in 6th of October City, Giza Governorate, Egypt.

Core Duties

• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines; create detailed project plans and work breakdown structures
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance
• Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders, including Japanese-speaking partners, to ensure alignment and clarity
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track
• Prepare status reports, documentation, and presentations for leadership and clients
• Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) at a professional or advanced level
• 2+ years of project management experience in a professional setting
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Competency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
