About the Role
As an Associate Attorney, you will support the firm’s diverse practice by contributing to case strategy, drafting legal documents, and assisting clients across multiple practice areas.
What You'll Do
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on litigation and transactional issues
- Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements under attorney supervision
- Attend hearings, depositions, and client meetings to gain courtroom and negotiation experience
- Assist with due diligence, title reviews, and closing procedures for real estate transactions
- Maintain case files, manage deadlines, and communicate updates to clients and team members
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar
- 2–5 years of experience in litigation, transactional work, or both
- Strong writing and analytical skills with a focus on real estate, business, or commercial law
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client‑focused approach to legal service
