Now Hiring You is recruiting a full-time Consumer Warranty & Lemon Law Associate Attorney to join the Consumer Warranty Practice in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County — a fast-growing litigation group handling complex consumer protection and warranty defense matters across California.

About the Role

This position places you at the center of high-stakes consumer litigation defense, working on matters governed by some of the most consequential warranty and consumer protection statutes in the country. You will contribute to a well-established practice that defends manufacturers, dealers, and other commercial clients against claims brought under both state and federal law.

What You'll Do

• Defend clients against consumer warranty and lemon law claims from pre-litigation through trial and appeal
• Analyze and apply statutes including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, California and other state lemon laws, and the Uniform Commercial Code
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and dispositive briefs in state and federal court
• Conduct depositions, manage expert witnesses, and develop litigation strategy in coordination with senior attorneys
• Advise clients on exposure, compliance posture, and settlement options under applicable consumer sales practices acts
• Manage a varied caseload with competing deadlines while maintaining quality and client service standards

What We're Looking For

• Active admission to the California State Bar — required
• One to seven years of litigation experience focused on consumer warranty defense or related consumer protection matters
• Working knowledge of the Song-Beverly Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, state lemon law frameworks, the UCC, and consumer sales practices statutes
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills honed through active caseload management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative practice group in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail and sound professional judgment in client-facing matters
