Sr Mgr, Sales, Cybersecurity (Insurance)

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales for Cybersecurity Insurance in Chicago, Illinois, US for a full-time remote position to lead our insurance-focused cybersecurity sales efforts and drive revenue growth across the region.

Position Summary

As Senior Manager of Sales for Cybersecurity Insurance at ServiceNow, you will own the strategic direction and execution of our cybersecurity insurance sales business. This full-time remote role is based in Chicago, Illinois, and demands a seasoned sales leader with deep expertise in both cybersecurity and insurance markets. You'll manage a sales team, oversee pipeline development, and be accountable for achieving ambitious revenue targets while building enduring client relationships in a rapidly expanding market segment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a sales team focused on cybersecurity insurance solutions, fostering a high-performance culture and driving individual and collective success
• Develop and execute sales strategy to penetrate the Chicago market and beyond, identifying and qualifying enterprise opportunities
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, brokers, and insurance partners to expand ServiceNow's cybersecurity insurance footprint
• Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue accountability, ensuring consistent attainment of sales targets
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to craft compelling solutions that address market needs and competitive challenges
• Represent ServiceNow at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity
• Proven expertise in cybersecurity and insurance industries, demonstrating understanding of market dynamics, buyer personas, and regulatory landscapes
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing sales organizations
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
