About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Trainer to design and execute comprehensive training initiatives that equip teams with the knowledge and skills to deliver products and services effectively. You'll translate complex product features into clear, actionable learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. This management-track role puts you at the intersection of product expertise and instructional excellence, building training capability that scales across our organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current, engaging training curricula aligned with product updates and business objectives
• Deliver instructor-led and digital training sessions to internal teams, partners, and clients in Clark and surrounding regions
• Create training materials including manuals, presentations, video content, and hands-on exercises
• Assess learner competency and provide feedback to ensure knowledge retention and skill application
• Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to identify training gaps and emerging skill needs
• Monitor training effectiveness through metrics and participant feedback, refining programs continuously
• Mentor and support junior trainers or subject matter experts contributing to training delivery

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing and delivering professional training programs in a product, technology, or operations environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical content for varied audiences
• Proficiency with training delivery tools, learning management systems (LMS), and presentation software
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
• Experience developing training materials and assessments
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
