Solution Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization that is transforming enterprise software development. Our talent team is seeking a Solution Consultant based in London to engage with enterprise customers and drive technical sales for an innovative platform that automates significant portions of the software development lifecycle.

This is a commercially focused, technical role for someone who enjoys winning deals, building relationships with engineering leaders, and delivering measurable customer value. You may be coming from a customer-facing technical role, or you may be a software engineer looking to transition into a more commercial career path.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise customers on technical architecture and implementation strategies
• Lead technical discussions covering software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows
• Run proofs-of-concept and demonstrate measurable business impact to prospective clients
• Guide customers through integrating the platform into their existing development environments
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements and roadmap insights
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, CTOs, and engineering leaders
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across customer teams and product lines
• Serve as the technical bridge between the engineering team and customer organizations

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Preferred:

• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect
• Background with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS or developer tooling
• Track record helping companies modernize engineering workflows

Pay

This role includes base salary, uncapped commission, and equity participation. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and qualifications.
