Service Supervisor – Broadstone Sterling Ranch

Greystar Management Services is hiring a Service Supervisor at Broadstone Sterling Ranch in Littleton, Arapahoe County to lead on-site service operations and team performance. This is a full-time position.

About the Role

As Service Supervisor for Broadstone Sterling Ranch in Littleton, you'll oversee daily maintenance, service delivery, and resident satisfaction. You're responsible for coordinating all on-site service teams, managing work priorities, and ensuring our community meets Greystar's high operational standards while maintaining strong relationships with residents.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and direct maintenance, landscaping, and service team members on property
• Process and prioritize work orders; track completion of repairs and preventive maintenance activities
• Respond to resident service requests with prompt, professional solutions
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Coordinate repairs with internal departments and external contractors
• Manage emergency services and after-hours response protocols
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on procedures and performance expectations
• Ensure compliance with property standards, lease terms, and applicable regulations
• Maintain detailed service records and operational documentation

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a service supervisor, maintenance supervisor, or equivalent leadership role
• Solid background in multifamily or apartment property operations and maintenance
• Proven track record managing and motivating service teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and staff
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively to changing needs
• Experience with maintenance software and work order management systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED; technical certification in HVAC, plumbing, or general maintenance preferred
