Community Manager – The Adeline

Greystar Management Services is seeking a Community Manager for The Adeline, our award-winning apartment community in Glendale, Los Angeles County. This is a full-time position where you'll build and sustain a vibrant residential community while delivering exceptional service to our residents.

About the Role

As Community Manager at The Adeline, you'll serve as the primary connection between our residents and the community. You'll oversee day-to-day community operations, foster resident engagement, and ensure the property delivers on its promise of quality living. This role combines relationship management, event coordination, and operational oversight to create a welcoming environment where residents thrive.

What You'll Do

• Manage resident relations, addressing concerns and building lasting connections with our community members
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and social programming that enhance resident engagement
• Oversee the operation and scheduling of community amenities and common areas
• Communicate building policies, lease terms, and community guidelines clearly and professionally
• Work collaboratively with property management staff to resolve operational issues and maintain community standards
• Track and report on community satisfaction, feedback, and resident initiatives
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and serve as an advocate for community needs

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in community management, resident relations, or a related role in multifamily housing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Organizational ability to juggle multiple events, programs, and resident needs simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and the willingness to take a hands-on approach to community challenges
• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive resident matters
• Flexibility to attend community events, including evenings and weekends as needed
