Maintenance Supervisor – Reserve at Peachtree Corners

About the Role

As Maintenance Supervisor at Reserve at Peachtree Corners, you will own the physical condition of the community, directing day-to-day service operations and ensuring every home and shared space meets Greystar's standards for safety, quality, and presentation. This is an on-site, full-time position in Peachtree Corners, Gwinnett County, ideal for an organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize service requests, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs across the property.
• Supervise, schedule, and develop the on-site maintenance team, setting clear expectations and supporting their growth.
• Coordinate apartment turns and ensure vacant homes are made ready promptly for new residents.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems, troubleshooting issues and performing repairs.
• Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols, fair housing practices, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds, amenities, and common areas to protect curb appeal and asset value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or multifamily maintenance, including a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair; EPA/HVAC certification is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities with a service-first mindset.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and reliably work on-site in Peachtree Corners, Gwinnett County.
