SOLV Energy is hiring a Senior HV Field Scheduler (Remote) to drive integrated project scheduling across some of the nation's largest renewable energy and high-voltage infrastructure builds. This full-time role, based in the US, places you at the center of how complex EPC projects are planned, tracked, and delivered.
About the Role
As a Senior HV Field Scheduler at SOLV Energy, you will own the creation and upkeep of comprehensive engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) schedules. Your work begins in the business development stage and carries all the way through field execution, giving teams the visibility they need to keep utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high-voltage substation projects on track nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrated EPC schedules spanning the full project lifecycle, from early business development through construction execution.
- Translate project scope into detailed, logic-driven timelines that align engineering, procurement, and field construction activities.
- Monitor schedule progress, identify critical-path risks, and communicate status to project stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with high-voltage and substation teams to keep field execution aligned with planned milestones.
- Support decision-making with accurate forecasting and schedule analysis across multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing schedules for large-scale construction or EPC projects, ideally in the power or energy sector.
- Strong working knowledge of high-voltage, substation, or utility-scale infrastructure project delivery.
- Proficiency with project scheduling methods and critical-path planning.
- Ability to coordinate across engineering, procurement, and field execution teams in a remote-friendly setting.
- Sharp analytical, organizational, and communication skills suited to a senior-level scheduling role.
