As Community Manager at Cadence Creek at Gosling, you'll be the heart of our residential community—creating meaningful connections between residents, fostering genuine engagement, and cultivating a vibrant living environment. This position sits within Greystar Management Services, a global real estate platform managing institutional-quality rental properties across more than 265 markets worldwide. You'll directly impact resident satisfaction and retention through thoughtful programming and authentic community stewardship.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events and social programming that reflect resident interests and strengthen neighborly relationships
• Manage resident communications, gather feedback, and address concerns to enhance the living experience
• Develop and maintain community spaces, ensuring they remain welcoming, inclusive, and well-utilized
• Build genuine relationships with residents across all backgrounds and life stages
