What You'll Do

• Operate excavators and other heavy equipment to move earth, excavate foundations, and load materials with precision
• Read and interpret construction plans and site specifications to complete tasks accurately
• Inspect equipment daily for safety and mechanical issues, reporting maintenance needs promptly
• Coordinate with crew members and supervisors to ensure efficient, safe operations
• Maintain accurate site records and follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Adapt quickly to varying project conditions and site layouts

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience operating excavators and similar heavy construction equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
