About the Role

This full-time position is central to connecting Encompass Health's rehabilitation services with the clinical teams, hospitals, and providers who refer patients to us. You'll serve as the bridge between our clinical excellence and the community, fostering partnerships that expand access to quality rehabilitation care while building meaningful relationships that create real impact.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute outreach initiatives targeting physicians, case managers, social workers, and discharge planners across the region
• Organize and conduct facility tours, clinical presentations, and educational sessions to showcase our services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, addressing their needs and gathering feedback
• Track referral trends, monitor outcomes, and report on growth metrics to support decision-making
• Represent Encompass Health at community health fairs, professional conferences, and networking events
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align marketing strategies with patient care priorities
• Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients, providing clear information about our programs
• Identify new partnership opportunities and growth areas within the Stanton and Midland-Odessa markets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, business development, clinical outreach, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of rehabilitation services, healthcare systems, or the referral process is a plus
• Ability to organize and present information clearly to diverse audiences
• Self-motivated and comfortable with travel throughout the local service area
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or marketing databases
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in healthcare marketing
